Crafting the story

We understand how to structure stories to make them informative and engaging. By building on your audience's existing knowledge and experience, we're able to help them understand new or complicated ideas. At the same time, we use the concept of dramatic conflict inherent in every story to generate curiosity and engagement.

We work with "true" stories, such as the efforts of an employee to reach a goal. And we craft original, fictional stories, that weave key facts and concepts into a memorable parable.

In both cases, the result is a story that helps people: understand why change is necessary; develop the knowledge they need to achieve change, and; engage in the change process itself.

Sharing the story

We can produce and distribute stories in any number of formats to suit your needs (see the sidebar for ideas). On large or complex projects, we partner with leading digital media specialists, (such as graphic artists and cinematographers) to ensure that your change story goes out as a polished, professional product.

Our services are flexible. We can create the whole package for you, from initial idea to finished media - or work with your teams and resources to help you develop stories within your existing programs.

Plus it’s a snap for people to share your story with others through email, blogs, and channels like YouTube.
